In-House Embroidery Department: High Capacity and Precision Technology At Promar, all of our embroidery work is performed in-house, ensuring full control over quality and production timelines. Our embroidery department is equipped with 6 high-performance embroidery machines with a combined daily capacity of 7,500 pieces, allowing us to efficiently handle large-scale orders without compromising on detail or craftsmanship. Additionally, we have a dedicated sample embroidery machine for prototyping and custom designs, enabling us to swiftly develop and refine new patterns. These advanced machines are capable of producing a wide variety of embroidery styles with exceptional precision and consistency, meeting the diverse needs of our customers with impeccable quality standards. Complementing our embroidery capabilities, we also utilize a laser cutting machine, which allows for highly accurate and intricate fabric cuts, perfect for detailed designs and complex patterns. Furthermore, a pressing machine is employed to ensure that the embroidery work is perfectly set, enhancing durability and the overall finish of the products.
