With a robust in-house capacity of 150 state-of-the-art stitching machines, supplemented by skilled subcontractors, we consistently produce approximately 7,500 high-quality garments daily. In 2017, we undertook a comprehensive upgrade of our entire stitching equipment, investing in the latest technology to ensure maximum efficiency, precision, and durability. Our facility is equipped with virtually every type of stitching machine necessary to meet diverse production needs — including overlock, straight stitch, coverstitch, double needle, buttonhole machines, and more. This extensive range of machinery allows us to handle complex garment constructions with ease and flexibility. To maintain superior product quality and streamline operations, we have implemented rigorous process controls at every stage of production. Our barcoded production system further enhances traceability and accuracy, enabling meticulous tracking of each garment through the manufacturing cycle and minimizing errors.
