Cutting Department: Precision, Efficiency, and Advanced Technology The cutting department is equipped with three expansive tables measuring 3 by 18 meters each, designed to serve a 2.20-meter-wide Lectra Cutter. This cutter, a 2017 model IH8, incorporates the latest cutting-edge technology to ensure high precision and efficiency in fabric cutting operations. Its advanced automation capabilities enable the processing of complex patterns with exceptional accuracy, minimizing material waste and speeding up production times. In addition to these large tables, the department also features two narrow tables measuring 2 by 20 meters, which are specifically used for cutting smaller batches. These tables collectively handle the daily cutting volume of between 5,000 and 10,000 pieces, accommodating both high-volume production and more specialized orders with flexibility. Each cut piece is meticulously numbered and tracked, ensuring full traceability throughout the manufacturing process. Moreover, every piece undergoes a thorough inspection for fabric defects prior to moving down the production line.
